Acceptable Use Policy

1. Do not

Break the law or help others break it, including export control and sanctions laws.

Create or spread malware, ransomware or exploits for systems you are not authorized to test; attack, scan or overload other systems.

Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or process personal data without a lawful basis.

Generate child sexual abuse material, content that sexualizes minors, or content that harasses, threatens or promotes violence against people.

Use the Service to build weapons capable of mass casualties, or for large-scale fraud, spam or disinformation.

Break the usage policies of the model providers that run your requests.

2. Protecting the Service

Do not share accounts or resell access to hosted models, bypass limits, spend caps or kill switches, scrape the Service, or probe it for vulnerabilities outside responsible disclosure (report issues to support@ingot.dev).

3. Enforcement

We may rate-limit, pause hosted models, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and report illegal content to authorities. Where reasonable we warn you first and let you respond.
